• No proof of purchase or claim form is required — eligible class members who do not exclude themselves will automatically receive settlement benefits

What You May Receive

Your estimated payment may vary based on the total amount you paid in qualifying overdraft fees during the applicable class period. Class members who paid higher fees may receive a larger proportional share of the $2.8 million settlement fund. How to File a Claim
