Who Qualifies

• You may be eligible to participate in this settlement if you meet ALL of the following criteria:
• You reside in the United States
• Your personally identifiable information was allegedly compromised in the November 2022 TRISTAR Insurance Group data breach
• You received a notice of data incident from TRISTAR on or around February 1, 2024
• California residents may qualify for an additional subclass benefit (see estimated payout details)
• Note: Documentation such as receipts, work orders, or credit card statements may be required to support claims for out-of-pocket expenses.

What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive one of the following, depending on their circumstances:

• Up to $5,000 for documented extraordinary losses resulting from the alleged data breach
• Up to $500 for documented out-of-pocket expenses (proof of expenses required)
• $100 alternative cash payment for eligible California subclass members
• $40 cash payment for eligible non-California residents
• Three years of free credit monitoring services available to all eligible class members

Actual payout amounts are not guaranteed and may vary. Individual payments are subject to the terms of the settlement and the total number of valid claims submitted.
